1Hole number one begins with an elevated tee for the men. Aim for pines on the right side,but don't slice too far right or your second shot will be a blind one. Second shot looks down on the green.2Birdie opportunity! Aim to the right side of fairway, it will kick left.You will also keep the large maple tree guarding the left side of the green out of play. Too far left and you are in the woods or flirting with the maple. Beware of the new sand tr3A well positioned drive is very important here. Too far right or left and you'll be in trouble with woods.You might want to play one club down on the second shot as it takes aim at a slightly elevated green that is wider than it is deep. If you come up short you might find the rock qua4Hole number four offers a dramatic tee shot off an eleveated tee. Heavy hitters will be tempted to drivethe green but the comma-shaped pond to the left should give them pause before attempting to reach the green in one. Whatever you do, DO NOT go long on your second shot or your ball5Hole five is a dog-leg right that bends around a bog. This is another high risk, high reward shot off the tee. Big hitters will be tempted to cut distance by hitting over the bog.However, go too long and a pond guards the green, come up short and you will be in the bog.6Hole six is a par three with a nice big green to aim at. Too far left and you have woods to contend with; too far right and you will find a bunker.7Tough par four. Not much trouble off the tee,unless you are a heavy hitter and are right of fairway.You might get wet. Second shot is where the difficulty begins. The green will funnel balls to the right so aim left and hope for the best.8Grip and rip it off the tee. Second shot is to the largest green on the course.Go for it, just avoid the trap to the left of the green!9A creek guards the green. So you need to decide whether to lay up or go for the green on the second shot.Green tilts toward you and will hold a wood if you are in the middle of the green to the front. If you want to avoid three putting or even worse play from below the hole!
