1One of the toughest starts in Kent. Favor the right side of the fairway off the teeUse the contours to the left of this small green to help with your second. A par would be a great start.2Our first par 5, a three shot hole for most. For the big hitters it could be a great chance for an early birdie.Keep right with your lay-up shot as there is a big oak tree that guards the left edge of this generous green.3A gentle dogleg left means being precise with the tee shot. Keep right off the tee and leave yourself with a mid-iron into our smallest and well-guarded green.Out of bounds lurks to the right of the green. Par is a great score.4Stroke index 1. 440 yards off the white tees, with a right to left sloping fairwayOnce you have conquered the tee shot you are left with a long iron or wood into a green that runs away from you. Don’t be short of this pin… It’s fast!5Bombs away! A generous fairway and a great chance to get a shot back on the courseHit it down there as far as you can to leave yourself with a short iron into a generous green. Birdie time6The first of the par 3’s. It’s a small target from the back tees with bunkers guarding both sides of the green.Go straight at the pin here, a flat green gives you another chance.7My favorite hole on the course. Its risk and reward time, a penalty area waits for you down the right side of this tight tee shot.Get the tee shot away and for the big hitters it’s a mid-iron for the second shot. Don’t go long of this green8A beautiful par 3 with a water hazard on the left side of the green. This green slopes heavily from back to front so expect an extremely fast putt if you go past the flag9Another generous fairway here. It’s all about the second shot, playing slightly uphill take at least one more club. There’s a penalty area that runs along the front of the green10Our signature hole. A stunning par 5 that meanders through the Kent countryside. Over 570 yards this will be a three shot hole.Lay-up with your second just before the fairway bunker to leave yourself with an uphill approachA right to left sloping green catches most out.11This hole gives you a chance for birdie. An uphill second to a small green but with only a wedge it’s a real scoring opportunity. The big hitters might fancy going for the green 12A par 3 that is all about the green. It has three different tiers that slop from back to front. Do not go long of this green, trouble lurks just behind.13Thirteen is where the stretch of O-O-B down the right startsAnother beautiful par 5 and a chance to take another shot back from the course.A green that slopes heaving from right to left means any shot that misses right leaves you with a hard up and down.14A sharp dogleg right means shaping your tee shot is imperative. Its only 360 yards but SI 2 for a reason.A green that tilts away from you means it’s one of the hardest approach shots on the course. O-O-B waits for you down the right side15Again littered with O-O-B down the right, this hole is all about the tee shotHit the fairway and you have a great chance for birdieA large green by our standards guarded by two greenside bunkers. Make your birdie and hold on to your hats coming home. It’s a tough finish.16Our last par 3 and it’s certainly a challengeA large two tier green means this hole can play anything from a wedge to a wood depending on the wind. A small target with O-O-B all down the right. If you make your par here it’17It doesn’t get much easier on 17. 380 yards, but usually plays into the teeth of the wind. With trouble both left and right off the tee, split the fairway with driverA beautiful approach with a mid to long iron gives you a putt on a tricky green.18How brave do you feel? 280 yards to finish covered in danger. Water hugs the left side of the hole and O-O-B lines the right. For me its driver! Go for the green and make your bird
