1A short par 4 that requires a precise second shot to a difficult sloping green.2The drive is the all important shot with out of bounds and trees on the left. The fairway is further protected with bunkers as well as a steep bank that has to be negotiated. 3A long tough par 4 with a slight dogleg requiring a big drive and for most of us a long iron second.4One of Moseley’s signature holes this par 3 hole requires a long iron (rescue) through the trees. There is not much room here so accuracy is required.5This stroke index 1 hole starts with a daunting drive over the lake with the bigger hitters able to take a tiger line over the trees to the fairway.6A mid iron par 3 with a fiercely sloping green, make sure your tee shot lands below the flag.7The first of the par 5s, the drive off any of the tees is restricted in length by a bank running across the fairway and out of bounds on the right.8The first of the real birdie opportunities. Get the drive on the fairway and play a precise iron to the green below you.9Another demanding par 4 with a slight uphill drive restricting length. The green is very well protected with bunkers and banks and try not to miss it left if you can, the up and do10Finally a bit of room and you can open your shoulders with a drive to a wide fairway however a dip, bank and bunkers protect the green so the second shot will keep you focussed.11A short par 3 with a well bunkered, banked and sloping green, there are very few straight puts at Moseley.12Again a bit of width to the fairway and at 370 yards not a long hole, as always the green is well protected requiring a crisp straight iron to a quick green which runs away from th13You are making the turn for home now and if the score is good you need to negotiate this tough par 4 without too much damage.14The last of the par 3s, which is totally surrounded with bunkers and requires an elevated mid iron to a flat green.15Another challenging drive is required through the gap or over the trees. If you miss the bunkers you will have a shortish iron in to the green.16Our stroke index 4 hole, has length, a narrow fairway and is tree lined. If you can hit the fairway with your drive a long iron to a bunkered green follows.17This short par 4 is a birdie opportunity but stopping the second shot close to the flag requires a precise strike as the green runs away from the player.18With the clubhouse in sight and a generous fairway the big hitters will see this finishing par 5 as a birdie opportunity.
