Play to the center o2A three-shot par 5 hole for most players begins with a long iron to fairway metal tee shot to a spacious landing area.Second shots will offer various lay up distance options, however, the ideal landing area will be on the right side of the fairway to ensure a desirable angle for the approach shot 3The first of four challenging par 3 holes requires proper club selection off of the tee toensure carry of the front green side bunkers. Tee shots coming to rest left of the green will almost guarantee bogey while misses to the right of the green leave room for a par sav4An accurate tee shot is key to the start of this tough par 4 as the landing area is framed with RO-Bber’s Gulch on all sides leaving little room for misses.The accuracy requirement continues with the approach shot to this large push-up green that is well guarded by a large greenside bunker. Shots played long of this green offer little5A favorable-sized landing area for tee shots is once again framed by bunkers on this stout par 4 holeApproach shots will require accuracy with a small and well-protected green complex. Missed shots into the left greenside bunker are preferred to the very challenging right greensid6The final par 3 hole on the front side offers little room for error around the green with out of bounds just paces off of the back edge.Shots missed to the right will also have trouble as the success of a par save is discouraged with the green sloping away and lots of roll out. Tee shots played to the center of the7This straight-away par 4 hole will require a tee shot positioned in the fairway for scoringwith out of bound left and large Valley Oaks lining the entire right side of this hole. Although greenside bunkers protect the green, proper club selection will afford a player the8A sister hole to the previous, this par 4also requires tee shots to avoid a fairway bunker on the left and large Valley Oaks on the right to ensure a reasonable approach shot to a challenging green complex.The second shot to this push-up green will require both direction and distance control to safely come to rest on the green. Green slopes will leave no assurance of a birdie as a pa9A scoreable dogleg right par 5 hole to finish the frontside starts with a tee shot requiring a left center leave to have a go at this reachable par 5 for the long hitters.For most, a well placed second shot is required to ensure the average player can avoid the large Valley Oaks on the approach shot to the green in regulation. Approach shots from alWith no green side bunkers, the final straw of protection lies in the various contours of this green while putting.10The back nine begins with a challenging par 5 hole requiring yet another accurate tee shot to avoid the leftside fairway bunker and a penalty area down the right side.For most a strategically positioned second shot will leave preferred distance for the final approach to this well guarded green. Long hitters may give this green a run for it in tw11The first challenging par 4 of this nine demands a perfectly placed tee shot to avoid three large fairway bunkers framing the landing area.Approach shots will require enough club to carry the greenside bunkers to reach this small green complex in regulation.12The first par 3 of the back nine is a great test.This large push-up green complex is well guarded with large greenside bunker framing the green entrance and steep slope to the left of the green. Shots played to the center of the 13A great par 5 hole is framed by out of bounds for both the drive and second shotsFairway bunkers are located at each of these first two shots’ landing areas adding to the required accuracy of the shot. A small creek runs through the fairway at approximately 9The small green complex, guarded by large Valley Oaks on the left and a deep bunker on the right, offer a challenging approach to ensure safe landing on a relatively flat putting s14Another example of a tough tee shot on this par 4 hole with out of bounds left and a largest Valley Oak prominently positioned on the right side of the fairway landing area.Ideal tee shots come to rest in the left center of this fairway just short of a small creek at 80 yards from the green.This location will afford a clear shot at the green complex. A large bunker nestled on the right side of this green should be avoided to ensure a chance at par.15This slight dogleg left par 4 is paralleled by RO-Bber’s Gulch on the left and fairway bunker on the right side of the landing area.Another small creek crosses the fairway at 100 yards short of the green requiring tee shots to not travel too far down the fairway. Two greenside bunkers are positioned on the righ16This big dogleg right par 4 presents a large landing area off of the tee.Avoiding the fairway bunker on the left and small grove of trees on the right, players will have to place an accurate shot to this green in terms of direction.Greenside bunkers frame the left and right of this green complex, while the back to front sloping require their approach shot to stay short of flag high for reasonable look at bird17The final par 3 hole of the course is a beauty.The tee shot flies a large lake and is not in play for a well struck shot as there is plenty of real estate between the penalty area boarder and the green complex. Valley Oaks fram18The closing hole finishes with one last challenging tee shot as this par 4’s fairway landing area is framed by a small lake and large fairway bunkers.Although there is plenty of room in the fairway, visually this tee shot require the last of your tee game’s strength to place your golf ball safely in the fairway.
