Be happy with a par on this tough uphill hole.A relatively long par three with an elevated green,9As you return to the area of the future clubhouse on the par five 9th,you are given an opportunity to reach the halfway point of your round with a good scoreYou can take advantage of the relatively generous landing area and the shorter length of this picturesque three-shot hole.10The back nine at TSC begins with a short, dogleg left par 4 that prioritizes accuracy over distanceYou may want to leave the driver in your bag here, making sure you find the fairway from the elevated tees on this relatively short holeThe approach shot is uphill to a multi-tiered green.11The first of three one-shot holes on the back side,this medium length par 3 is slightly uphill with a well-protected green.12Play to either level of the two-tiered fairway on this par 4A good drive will leave you a short iron approach, and one of the better birdie chances on the inward nine.13A beautiful dogleg left par fourthe thirteenth features large trees on either side of the uphill fairway.If you’ve successfully avoided the trees off the tee, then all that’s left is to negotiate the bunkers guarding the front of the green.14Destined to be one of the signature holes of the new Rees Jones design at Summit Club,this hole was formerly a par four, but now extends over the creek as a dramatic par five.For longer hitters, the risk/reward of trying to reach the green in two contrasts the potential eagle putt with the use of a ball retriever.15A relatively short par three,this hole features a green complex with slopes and bunkering that can make for tricky second shots if you or your playing partners miss the putting surface from the tee.16A short par four begins the home stretch of your roundwith a generous fairway and good-sized green.While it has the makings of a birdie hole, beware the water to the right that can capture the somewhat errant approach.17A wonderful downhill view of this final par three awaits you on the tee hereWith short yardage and a fairly large green, this is a great time to “stick” one in close as you make the final turn for home.18The finishing hole is a par five that moves gently uphill towards the clubhouse area.Your fellow members may be watching from above,so take full advantage of this last, inviting opportunity to score.
