1The opening hole, a 467-yard par 4, provides a panoramic view of the valley. The fairway offers a generous landing area from the tee; however, three large bunkers, one left, two rithe approach is uphill to an elevated green and plays tougher when the pin is located on the back right behind a deep front bunker. The green has distinct tiers, so an accurate app2Both the left fairway bunker and the pond along the right side have encroached into the fairway, creating a risk/reward option from the tee for this 362-yard par 4.Players must choose to lay up leaving a short-mid iron approach or negotiate a drive through the opening, thereby setting up a short pitch into the green.3A straight away 568-yard par 5 provides a birdie opportunity early in the round. There is no tolerance for a right-handed slice with water that runs down the right side of the holeThe bunkers have been designed so that a tee shot must be short of the penalty area or the longest of hitters will have a narrow window to negotiate the bunkers up the left and rigA safe second shot is played to the middle of the fairway, leaving a short approach to a green guarded by a deep bunker and water tucked in on the right. Large bunkers line the left and right sides of the landing zone, so accuracy off the tee is a must.Players that find the bunkers off the tee will be forced to take a lofted club to advance the ball back into the fairway.The green sits horizontally and is extremely difficult with multiple hole locations.8This tee complexes can play anywhere from 120-220 yards, based on players’ preference. Staying left on the tee shot will provide a possible approach, while short and right is all trouble.The longest hitters may choose to fly over the corner dogleg bunker, which could mean the difference between a long iron and fairway wood into the green. Attempts to reach this greAs players are walking down the fairway from the tee, they can look to their right to take in the impressive view of the 15th and 16th holes.14The hard dogleg right on the shortest par 4 on the course can be deceiving, but do not be fooled by the deep bunkers surrounding the green.The ideal play is a tee shot to the flat part of the fairway, leaving a short iron into a very tough, elevated green.Anywhere on the green in two strokes will be a good shot. This hole forces players to choose an iron off the tee or take a direct line to the flag over trees from 330 yards away15One of the harder par 3s on the course, playing over 220 yards slightly uphill from the tee.With the least number of hazards, this hole usually causes players to miss to the left of the pin.Making this hole even more difficult is that it is the narrowest green on the course. Par will be a good score here.16A winding dogleg left finds two well-positioned newly renovated fairway bunkers in the landing area for this par 4. This hole requires a long tee shot that will be rewarded on thist will require an accurate approach to a difficult tiered green. The new bunkering on the left side of the fairway can be carried by the longest of hitters.17This hole offers a good view of the front nine from the tee box. Par is a solid score here for this 476-yard par 4.18This par 4, 470-yard hole provides an uphill walk to the fairway and will not be an easy finish to the back nine.
