Be sure to pay attention to the pin placement 2A long iron to a difficult green, you must carry 152 metres to get over the front bunkers from the middle of the back tee. Make sure you leave your putt below the pin on the left s3A drawn tee shot hugging the left hand side of the fairway gives the best angle to this difficult green.The second shot must have enough carry to pass the daunting bunker on the short left hand side of the green. Shots struck right could end up out of bounds.4Drive down the left hand side of the fairway to escape the fairway bunkers, which will leave you with the perfect angle to play your second shot.Well struck wood would leave you a short iron to a narrow green.5A strong par 3 up the hill to a blind green. Much care must be taken to pick the right club as disaster abounds both long and short.6A long par 4 dog-leg right and uphill all the way. The tee shot can be aimed at the left-hand fairway bunker 267 metres away, this will leave a mid-iron to an undulating green.For the golfers hitting a longer second, there is a generous slope at the right front of the green which will push the ball toward the putting surface. 7A straight drive down the right-hand side of the fairway is essential and sets up the best line for a very challenging second.The ideal spot to aim point for your second shot into the centre of the green however this will still leave a very tricky putt on a multilevel green.8The drive must be struck toward the left-hand bunker 255 metres away from the center of the tee to open up the slight dog-leg to the right (the longer hitter might prefer to take oThe second shot should be laid up to 50 meters short of the green to avoid the large bunker skirting the front of the green, which leaves a short iron shot to a tiered narrow undul9A generous fairway leads you to believe this is an easy hole, but the underlying problems start when you are confronted with a blind second shot to a narrow subtle green which is w10A strong par 4 from an elevated tee, you must hit your tee shot to the plateau short of the fairway bunker some 250 metres from the tee.The second shot would be played with a long iron or fairway wood up the valley to a well-bunkered slightly elevated, multi-level green.11A difficult par 3 in the prevailing winds. Better to under club than over club as a disaster abounds behind the green. For the shorter hitters, use the slopes on the right hand sid12Another strong par four from an elevated tee. The tee shot is best directed at the right hand fairway bunker 243 metres away.A draw will see the golfer in the perfect position for the second shot to be struck with a long iron or fairway wood to a slightly elevated green where distance control is a must o13A long par three, usually playing into the prevailing breeze. For most players this best plays as a short par 4 with a fairway wood, long iron into the flat area short of the greenFor the stronger player a long iron or rescue, aimed at the mound on the right centre of the green is ideal leaving a testing putt on an undulating green.14A par five – once again this hole generally plays into the wind and asks the player to hit a well-directed drive at the left hand bunker some 266m away from the black tee. For t15A generous fairway to hit a well struck driver up the left centre to avoid the fairway bunker. However, from there on this is one of the hardest par 4’s you will play.The second shot is hit from some 180 metres to a blind green with a wicked slope off the front. It’s much better to be long on this green as getting up and down from the front re16A short hole that requires some thought. Most players will lay up their tee shot to the left hand side of the bunker but beware, the fairway slopes into the bunker.A short iron is left to a multi level green beware if the flag is at the front.17This hole is a long par 5. The tee shot must hug the left hand side of the fairway to avoid the bunkers on the right. The longer hitters will have to deal with two bunkers on the lThe second shot must be hit up the right hand side, however, beware of the fairway bunkers on the right, leaving the ideal line in to a heavily bunkered long green.18A difficult hole. The tee shot must be hit to the left of the fairway bunkers 210 metres away if you have a draw in your bag this is the best option . It’s up hill all the way and only half the flag is visible from the centre of the fairway. Don’t be short, the penalty is severe as the ball will roll 20 to 30 metres back toward you.
