1For many, the most difficult hole on the course: H399/D360 m long, with a boundary on the right and many trees and bushes on the left and right. There is also a narrow green with the exclusion boundary directly behind it. Even “low handicappers” are happy with a par here.2From the tee you have the most beautiful view of the Heching lower town. A par 5 hole that long hitters can reach in two shots with a tailwind. But be careful: a small pond to the right in front of the green punishes any inaccurate shots.3A good level of fitness is required here because it goes uphill again. The hole is not very long at 323/256 meters, but requires a good drive to reach the green in two shots.4A very beautiful par 3 hole that requires a precise shot onto the green in a forest clearing.Anyone who has played their par here will be rewarded with a fantastic view of Hohenzollern Castle and the Swabian Alb on the way back.5Here you have to overcome a small valley with the tee shot. Anyone who has achieved this still has a short pitch to the high green. If you don't hit that far, try your luck by presenting the ball with a medium iron and then also use a medium iron from there.6At 154/138 meters, it's certainly not a short par 3. Here the shot has to be straight so as not to disappear into a small forest on the right. Anyone who plays a little to the left7The new part of the course begins here: a par 5 hole that challenges long hitters to birdie (451/387 meters). But you shouldn't lose sight of the exclusion boundary on the right, especially when there is a westerly wind blowing from the left.8A shorter par 4 where you have to hit the higher fairway with your tee shot. This is not a problem for most players, they can easily make par or bogey here.9This tee is not for the faint of heart. Although not particularly long at 343/299 meters, this hole requires a precise drive through bushes and trees onto a steeply rising fairway.10To relax after the difficult hole 9, you can enjoy the view over the new part of the course with holes 7 to 15. With 177/159 meters to the deeper green, it's not a difficult par 3 11A straight, not too long shot along the large pond in front of the tee, a second shot with the fairway wood onto the fairway, which now opens wide, allows a third shot with a short12The fourth, not exactly short par 3 hole on the course at 175/156 meters. A ditch just before the green and two bunkers on the right and left protect the green here.13At 388/342 meters, it's not the longest hole, but it is the most difficult par 4 on the second nine holes.A fairway that rises from the middle to the green and the frequent headwind make this hole a real challenge even for very good players.Anyone who plays par here has hit every shot well.14A dogleg to the left, which can be shortened with a long drive over a small forest. If you don't dare, put the ball in front of you with a good shot and then have a relatively easy shot downhill ahead of you.15An easy par 4 hole with 309/273 meters. Anyone who was still complaining about the headwind on hole 13 has it as an ally.A very large green accommodates even the not perfectly hit shot and rewards the player with a par.16At the end of the round we go back to the older part of the course. Here it can be seen that a round of golf is actually only over after 18 holes.Hole 16 is a par 5 hole measuring 444/400 meters, which requires three precise and long shots to reach the high green.17A dogleg to the right. The perfect shot here is a drive with a slight fade. The deeper green cannot be seen from the fairway, so requires a blind shot to the flag.18On the last hole, a precise tee shot is necessary to play a par. Tees that are too long tend to disappear into the big pond. The outskirts and the fairway bunker on the right should also be avoided.Once you've succeeded, all you need is a short iron on the very large green. But be careful – the pond lurks to the left of the green.
