1The opening hole takes inspiration from the second hole on the famous Ailsa course at Turnberry. Even though the tee shots looks very inviting it can be a tricky one –a slight dog-leg, it is well guarded by bunkers placed strategically to catch both tee shots and approach shots to the green.2Our second hole has been inspired by the 4th hole at the1992 Open Championship course at Muirfield and plays from an elevated tee to a deep green requiring accuracy as off the tee you’re often into the wind.3The third is a left hand slight dog-leg inspired by the 4th hole at Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club and gives you your first view of the Playsport complex as you head back toward4Inspiration for the design of this hole comes from the 16th at Carnoustie,Barry Burn (we don’t have a burn however we do have the bunkers!)
