Hit the middle of the green and forget about the position of the flag.3From an elevated tee and a fairway that slopes from right to left, hit a good drive centre of fairway; bunkers on right side come into play. The approach shot must be very precise due to the position and characteristics of the green.4Excellent use of the natural features have been made on this very challenging Par 5 hole.Difficult decision: keep left to avoid the bunkers, aim second shot towards the right and hit third shot onto the putting surface. Beware of the arroyo (stream) in front of the green. This hole is a true test for a low handicap golfer.5A good tee shot is essential for this tough 5th Hole, so aim for the middle of the fairway and don’t carry the bunker!The three-tiered undulating green makes club selection crucial and will test the putting ability of any player.6Dogleg left. Brave players who choose to fly over the cork tree on the left can set up an easy second shot, so here is a chance to make a birdie! However, on reaching the green, st7Par 3 Hole guarded on the right by the river Ojen. The Arroyo (stream) Campillos in front of the green provides a real challenge. Judgement of the wind is vital!!8The longest hole favouring the longer hitter.Play always to the left of the fairway which leaves you in the correct position for a second shot providing a wide approach to the green.9Gentle uphill Par 4. The green can easily be reached in two, provided the tee shot finds the middle of the fairway.10The second nine opens with a Par 5 with a generously wide fairway and overwhelming scenic beauty. Play right of the bunker, followed by a long iron short of the lake. The receptive, long green, is defended by bunkers.11Dogleg to the right. Tee shot must avoid the bunkers. Tree on right hand side will block out your second shot if right of fairway with your drive.Demanding second shot requires accuracy towards an elevated triangular shaped green well flanked by bunkers.12Challenging Par 3, playing downhill towards a very large and undulating green, with bunkers on the left and a severe drop into eucalyptus trees behind the green.13Uphill tee shot. Make sure you take an extra club on the second shot.The sloping green is well bunkered left and right and difficult to putt.14Straight Par 4 with a narrow approach to the green guarded by bunkers. No problem off the tee but be wary of a difficult undulating green.15Slightly uphill tee shot with bunkers on the right not visible from the tee. Large tree on right of fairway comes into play. Play second shot to the centre of the fairway avoiding a sea of bunkers. The approach to the green must avoid the lake on the right hand side.16A very testing Par 3 with bunkers and water protecting the green. Much care is essential on the putting surface due to the many undulations.17Short Par 4 dogleg right, second shot nothing more than a wedge for the approach, leaving you with a birdie chance.18A very demanding Finishing Hole, with a lake along the right hand side and avocado trees on the left that make for a narrow entrance.The second shot requires extreme accuracy to get the ball to a tricky elevated green.
