An inviting driving hole to a right to left sloping fairway.A drive to the right hand ridge in the fairway gives a chance to hit the green in two.To get home in two one must clear the cross bunkers some 75 yards short of the green.4A short par 4 with a narrow tee shot. Drive to the brow of the hill and stay short of the fairway bunkers to leave a wedge to a small and well-protected green.5The hardest hole on the course and played into the prevailing wind. A long drive is required to the corner of the slight right to left dogleg.Keep to the right hand side of the fairway to leave a long iron or fairway wood to a sloping and elevated green.6A long and straight par 4. An elevated tee shot requires a driver which will leave a long iron into a green protected by five strategically placed bunkers. Par here is an excellent7An uphill par 3 hole. The second shot requires a lay-up short of the fairway bunkers 70 yards short right of the green. This will leave a subtle pitch into the green which is below the level of the fairway.9A driveable and downhill par 4. The 9th hole is risk reward at its best.Drive your ball left and trees await, drive it right and the ball finds a collection of bunkers.Find the approach to the green and a makeable birdie chance is on the cards.10The 10th hole offers a picturesque start to the back nine with views looking south towards the City of Cardiff.
