For most golfers, play it safe and lay up your 2nd shot to approximately 120 yards from the green; your 3rd shot will be a short one to the green.

On The Green It borders the tees to the right and also comes into play to the right of and behind the green. Hit a driver or a 3 wood to the top of the hill. This will leave you with a reasonably short approach to the green.

On The Green The best play off the tee is just to the right side of the fairway bunkers on the left. The green will challenge as it slopes considerably from back to front.

From The Fairway Play a fade with a driver or hit a long iron or fairway wood to the corner of dog-leg. This will leave an approximate 190 yard approach shot.

On The Green O-B and a water hazard lurk on the right. And just to make it even more fun, the green slopes severely from the left to the right.

From The Fairway Tips & Tricks from the Pros: Hitting the fairway on this hole is a premium. This par 4 has a water hazard on the left and trees on the right. Use a 3 wood or long iron off the tee to leave 160 yards or less for your 2nd shot.

On The Green Any tee shot that is on or within chipping distance of the green is a good shot. The rest of your round is just getting interesting as this green is the first of 8 greens in a row that have considerable undulation. Finding your ball in the wrong area of the remaining greens will demand considerable talent on your part to 2 putt.

From The Tee This dog-leg left, par 4 is an excellent hole.

From The Fairway

On The Green Trees border both left and right and an irrigation canal on the left is added challenge. Driving accuracy is a premium for this hole. Use a 3 iron to 3 wood off the tee to leave a short to midiron approach shot. As promised, the small green has considerable undulation and slopes from right to left.

From The Tee You can play this reachable par 5 to the left or to the right.

From The Fairway

On The Green But to play this hole successfully means absolutely being to the left at the green as it slopes severely from right to left with considerable undulation. If the pin placement is to the front, you are much better off to be chipping from short of the green than to be past the hole putting downhill.

From The Tee Welcome to the fun hole! An island green awaits you on this par 4.

From The Fairway At 423 yards from the tips it is wise to hit your driver to the left side of the fairway and to play to the middle of the green and not to the flags.

On The Green As the word “island” would indicate, water surrounds the green. The green, of course, challenges with undulation and slope.

From The Tee Number 15 is a tough par 4 with an irrigation canal running the entire length of the hole.

From The Fairway

On The Green Right to left players can hit a driver off the tee but most should hit a 3 wood to keep it in the fairway. An undulating green, bunkered left and right and O-B over finishes the hole.

On The Green If you choose to play to a back-hole position, watch out for the O-B immediately over the green.
