From The Tee This is a very demanding long par 4 played into the prevailing wind.
From The Fairway The out of bounds on the right is actually quite well off line off the tee but becomes more of an issue for the second shot. The fairway bunkering on the right forces players left but those who can get as close to them as possible will get a benefit for their second shot.
From The Tee The final hole of the notorious CH start.
From The Fairway
On The Green A longish par 3 again into the prevailing wind. For many players, it will be hard to carry to and hold the green. Their line is left centre of the green as everything tends to move off to the right.
From The Fairway This is a very tough tee shot. There is really no option other than to hit the fairway.
On The Green Bushes down the left have to be avoided but those seeking to do so too much will find their shots to the green blocked by trees on the right.
From The Tee A welcome dogleg adding more variety to the course.
From The Fairway The tee shot is prO-Bably the easiest to date and a hybrid or long iron will only be needed by stronger players to avoid two fairway bunkers on the right-hand corner of the dogleg.
From The Fairway A well placed left-hand fairway bunker seems to gather any ball going anywhere near it.
On The Green If the pin is on the right a chance may have to be taken though. Otherwise up the middle will leave a lofted iron into a flat green that is less well protected than some.
From The Fairway For the average player, this hole is very well bunkered with fairway bunkers right in play. Stronger players will hit to a wide area beyond them.
From The Tee Perhaps the easiest hole on the course, this is a real birdie chance.
From The Fairway If a couple of bunkers on the left of the fairway are avoided, and these are really only in play for the less able player, then a wedge will be in the hands of many players.
From The Tee PrO-Bably the best and strongest hole on the course.
From The Fairway This is the most demanding drive on the course where players who can control a draw or hit over a well placed left-hand fairway bunker will gain a huge advantage.
From The Tee This is another outstanding risk and reward hole. If a player wants to gain the advantage of
From The Fairway getting a wedge or lofted iron in their hands then a longish tee shot needs to be hit over the road and into the left half of the fairway.
On The Green Too far right, even on the fairway, and the trees will block out the second shot and a similar penalty exists for the tee shot hit too far left.
From The Tee A short par 4 to finish is a good birdie chance.
From The Fairway The fairway is bunkered heavily but the real risk to anyone trying to overpower the hole and getting as close to the green as possible lies in the trees and bushes on the left.
