Hole 1
Hole Name
From The Tee The opening hole is a sweeping dogleg left Par 4 hole. There are trees guarding the left half of the tee shot but there is plenty of area to the right for a safe drive.
From The Fairway A good tee shot to the right half of the fairway will put you in perfect position for the approach to the green.
On The Green Trees guard the left section of the green making any shots from the left side of the fairway that much more difficult.
Hole 2
Hole Name
From The Tee Long hitters will have to contend with a narrow landing area that continues to get more narrow the further you hit it. A shot in the fairway is a must or your second shot will be used to chip out of the trees.
From The Fairway A great drive enables the long hitters to go for the green in two but most players will have to play a safe shot to the 150 yard markers at the top of the hill.
On The Green An accurate approach is key to an undulating green with a bunker guarding the front left side of the green.
Hole 3
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway Hole 3 is another Par 5 but the green is reachable with two good shots. The drive from the men's tee is not easy with trees bordering both sides of the fairway and 100 yards of rough to carry before the fairway begins.
On The Green You will be faced with a fairway wood or long iron to reach the green in two. Be careful not to go too far left as the rough drops off sharply and you may be facing a lost ball. A good layup to 100 yards will leave you a great view into the green.
Hole 4
Hole Name
From The Tee The fourth hole is a fairly straight Par 4 with bush to the left and hedges bordering the right side of the rough.
From The Fairway Drives to the left face entering "Ralph's Rough" where the rough drops off sharply and you will have trees and an obstructed view of the green to contend with.
On The Green A good drive will leave you with a mid to short iron into a fairly receptive green.
Hole 5
Hole Name
From The Tee The fifth hole is a reachable dogleg left Par 4 for longer hitters. The crowned fairway makes it difficult to stay on the short grass unless you hit it at least 200 yards.
From The Fairway A good drive beyond the trees straight out into the fairly open landing area will be rewarded with a short pitch onto an elevated green.
On The Green Although the green is quite flat, distance is crucial as any balls either short or long will roll back down away from the green.
Hole 6
Hole Name
From The Tee The sixth hole is a straightforward Par 3 to an elevated sloped green. Although the tee shot looks simple, distance is the key.
From The Fairway Short shots will stop quickly and and shots long will roll down the hill over the green.
On The Green You will be left with a breaking putt once you're on the green. Par is a good score here.
Hole 7
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway The seventh hole is a difficult Par 3 from either tee. From the White Tees, a long iron or fairway wood or even driver is needed to reach the elevated green with a bunker guarding the left side.
On The Green A mid iron can be used from the Red Tees but the location also brings the bunker into play to the left. A good tee shot is a necessity into this difficult green. Par is a great score on this hole.
Hole 8
Hole Name
From The Tee Hole 8 is a deceiving Par 4. Shorter hitters have a large landing area but face a difficult mid iron into the green; longer hitters have a narrow landing area with trees lining the left side and rough to the right.
From The Fairway Your second shot is into a green sloping away from the fairway, making sticking on the green a difficult test.
On The Green
Hole 9
Hole Name
From The Tee The ninth hole is a difficult Par 4 to finish your round where your drive can make or break the hole. "Gazebo Alley" is where the White Tees are located, an intimidating elevated tee box with tight trees guarding both sides of the fairway for the first 100 yards.
From The Fairway
On The Green Drives left face being lost in thick bush and drives to the right will have trees and "Peter's Pond" to deal with. A good drive in the fairway will leave you with a mid to short iron into a receptive green.
