From The Fairway The first hole is an excellent hole to begin your Fairlawn golf experience. Unable to see the green from the tee, golfers drive to the top of a rise from which the green becomes visible.
On The Green An accurate second shot from the hillside places the ball on the green, which slopes to the left, offering a critical putting experience.

From The Fairway A straight-away par four is interrupted by a creek that crosses the entire fairway. A bunker is perfectly placed on the right side of the fairway at about 226 yards to give the golfer a place to avoid on their tee shot.
On The Green Bunkers border cover the raised green on both sides, and an errant shot over the green can offer big trouble in a sloping, high rough area.

From The Tee The first par five in the 500+ yard range requires an accurate shot off the tee. A dense forest on the left and a driving range on the right make a straight shot a must for this #3 handicap hole.
From The Fairway
On The Green With a strong drive and an aggressive second shot, the green is within sight but protected by sand from left to right and in the middle.

From The Tee One of the most picturesque holes on the course, the fourth hole looks down onto a lowered green surrounded by a stream and waterfall on the right and a forest on the left.
From The Fairway
On The Green Accuracy is essential on this hole, otherwise trouble is ever-present. Once you reach the green, the sloped surface makes putting another challenge.

From The Tee From the blue tees, this is truly the most challenging hole on the course. The #1 handicap hole demands a straight, accurate shot off an elevated tee, through a narrow tree line on both sides to get to the landing area.
From The Fairway
On The Green The second shot reaches over a deep watery ravine to an elevated green lined with traps on both sides. This is no time for a stray shot to the left, which could find your ball in a dense wooded ravine.

From The Tee A fairly straightforward par three is lined on both sides with sand and a dense forest to the right.
From The Fairway
On The Green The green has a slight slope that can be deceiving at times. This is no time for an over-aggressive shot, since the back of the green introduces another dense sloping forest.

From The Fairway Hole 7 is truly a magnificent par five. The golfer first encounters a deep ravine right off the tee and skirts a dense tree line to the right to place the ball on a rise that overlooks the vast fairway that approaches the green.
On The Green Difficult to reach in two shots, the green is protected with a dense tree line to the right that projects slightly into the right rough, making a third shot difficult from that area. The green is heavily protected with four bunkers in front and to the left and right. A highly sloped green makes putting an exceptional challenge.

From The Fairway Our #3 handicap hole requires a straight shot off the tee with a tree-lined roadway on the right and trees on the left – a narrow passage to the fairway.
On The Green The fairway rises to an elevated green, requiring a long and accurate second shot. Sand surrounds the slightly sloped green on the left and right sides.

From The Tee Another one of Fairlawn’s memorable holes, hole 10 requires a long, straight shot off the tee to a resting spot short of a deep ravine and creek.
From The Fairway
On The Green Golfers must stay to the left in order to have a clear shot to the green. Your second shot approaches a raised green that slopes to the fairway and is covered by bunkers on both sides.

From The Fairway After a quick stop at the halfway house for refreshments, the 11th hole is a long, straight fairway with a creek that limits your drive to about 240 yards.
On The Green An errant shot to the left off the tee is greeted by tall trees that are difficult to navigate. Stay straight on this hole. A second shot can be easily made to a slightly lowered green.

From The Fairway The fairway is lined by trees on the right, so stay on the fairway. Ball placement on this green is critical since it is highly sloped and can offer many surprises.
On The Green The third par five is 600 yards from the blue tee – our #2 handicap hole. It is long with a slight fade to the right as you approach the green.

From The Tee This is truly a fun hole that requires the most accurate shot off the tee. Golfers tee off over a deep ravine covered by a forest on the right.

On The Green The green is protected on the left with a large and challenging bunker. A deep ravine extends almost the entire way to the green, so hitting the green is critical.

From The Fairway A long but graceful par four, this hole is tightly lined with trees and a roadway on the right, requiring a drive that stays well to the left. The left side of the fairway is lined with large trees making it difficult to execute a second shot to the green. The green is covered to the left with sand, but once on is fairly easy to navigate.

From The Tee Through a narrow passage with two forests on either side of the tee, your first shot will land in an open fairway as it approaches the green. Of modest length, this par five is straight, but lined with trees on the right which overlook a roadway.

On The Green A dense forest could come into play on the left on the second shot, so keep it straight as you approach the green. Overshooting this green is filled with prO-Blems, since it is backed with a deep ravine and forest.

From The Fairway This is our 16-handicap hole, which sometimes feels more like a six handicap. From the tee the fairway rises to an elevated green protected by sand on both the left and right.
On The Green This is not the time to overshoot the green since disaster awaits in a heavily forested ravine. Once on, the green is forgiving and fairly easy to navigate.

From The Fairway Hole 17 is a modest par four, but straight and narrow. Once you have reached the middle of the fairway, you are not home yet.
On The Green The green is highly elevated with four bunkers on each front quarter and sides. An accurate and lofted shot is required to keep the ball near the flag.

From The Tee One of the most challenging and memorable par threes on any course, the 18th hole at Fairlawn demands accuracy.
From The Fairway
On The Green From the elevated tee, golfers cross a watery ravine to a fairway protected on the left by a dense forest. Bunkers cover the front and left entry to a rising and pitched green. Putting this green takes a good eye and a delicate touch.
