From The Tee imple but challenging opening which is all about placing the tee shot, the hole measures only 316 metres however it’s protected by a large dog leg turn to the right.
From The Fairway A creek runs along the entire right side of the hole and tall trees protect the green from those who dare to try and cut the corner of the dog leg.
On The Green Use a club that will get you close to the apex of the dog leg which will set you up for a nice 100 meters approach shot to the green.
From The Tee This is the signature hole of the course with a dam in the middle of the fairway. Tee shot to the dam is 195 metres and to carry the dam is 225 metres.
From The Fairway Lay up about 120 metres out and remember you are hitting to an elevated green surrounded by 4 bunkers at the front, left, right and back of the green. Front bunkers are the deepest on the course but try and stay out of the back bunker.
On The Green Trust your yardage from the tee and don’t lay up too short of the dam as it makes your next shot longer and harder.
From The Tee This hole is quite straight and measures only 326 metres. The way to play this hole is not to over hit your first tee shot as we have out of bounds on the right.
From The Fairway
On The Green Use the club that will get you close to 100m and that will set you up for a nice 100m approach shot to the green.
On The Green This is our shortest hole of the course that measures only 120 metres but with out of bounds on the right and bunkers surrounding the green both left and right, play to the middle of the green and don’t be too greedy.
On The Green A short Par 4 at only 271 metres. A bunker protects errant drives just short of the green and a ridge running along the middle of the green provide several distinct areas for where the pin can be placed.
From The Tee Short Par 4 that measures only 315 metres.
From The Fairway Place your tee in the middle of the fairway and don’t try to ‘blast’ the drive to the green as it’s pretty tricky from either side of the fairway.
On The Green Short Par 4 that should be easy but with out of bounds to the left. As you approach the green you are confronted with a deep bunker at the front and a bunker to the left guarding the raised green.
From The Tee We need to respect this hole with the creek running down the entire left hand side.
From The Fairway
On The Green Play it in regulation with 3 shots to the green as there is a bunker on the left side and three deep bunkers on the right. This is also a long undulating green.
From The Tee For the men this is the hardest hole on the course as it is a long dog leg to the left. The green is guarded by a large bunker that starts at the front and continues around the entire left side.
From The Fairway Another bunker guards the right and the big palm tree just in front of the green needs to be avoided.
On The Green This is the largest green on the course with a large swale in the middle. Ladies play this hole as a Par 5.
From The Tee Dog Leg to the right. Aim just left of the fairway bunker. For the long hitters you can reach the green in two but look out for the very deep bunker at the front of the green and also the two large trees at the front of the green.
From The Fairway
On The Green For other golfers who need three shots to the green – lay up your second shot at the bottom of the hill (just over the creek) and you will have only a 80 metre pitch shot to the green.
