From The Fairway Due to the slightly sloping slope, it is advantageous to tend to stay on the left side of the fairway in the drive zone in order to get a good position for the next shot.

From The Fairway On this par 4, the terrain runs downhill after 100 meters. The fairway slopes slightly to the left, making the right half of the fairway the better landing zone.

On The Green Hole 3 (par 4) goes uphill to about 50 meters before the green. A bunker about 25 meters to the right of the green and another bunker immediately to the left of the green make the approach shot more difficult.

From The Tee Hole 4 is a par 3 played from a higher tee across a ravine to an elevated green. On the left side of the fairway and behind the green are out of bounds.

From The Tee Hole 5 is a "Risk and Reward" par 5 with slopes and a significant incline about 100 meters from the green.

On The Green The raised green has a line of trees on the right with a waste area below the green. The rising incline on the left side of the green is separated from the forest by an out of bounds.

From The Tee Hole 6 is a difficult par 4, which initially only offers a narrow passage from the men's tee into the fairway.
From The Fairway A straight shot from the tee is therefore important for men in order to place the ball on the fairway. From the women's tee, the fairway is much better visible and easy to reach.

On The Green The terrain on this straight par 4 is slightly uphill about 100m before the green. The second shot should be placed wedge length in front of the green to take the bunkers out of play.

From The Fairway A penalty area on the left with tall trees and a row of trees on the right make the tee shot difficult.
On The Green Two bunkers on the left side of the green and an out-of-bounds area behind the green don't make the lead any easier.

From The Tee The last lane (par 4) of the first nine holes is a "dog leg" to the right.

On The Green The course starts with a steep slope up to approx. 130 meters in front of the green and ends in an increasing slope approx. 40 meters in front of the green, which is much higher.

From The Fairway The most difficult shot on this par 5 hole is the tee shot. On the right an out of bounds lurks and on the left a row of trees limits the fairway; in addition, two paths cross the fairway.

From The Fairway Forest is to the right of the fairway and dense rough lurks to the left.

From The Fairway Hole 12 is a longer par 3. Tall trees on the left side of the narrow fairway require a straight tee shot.
On The Green A path with a side ditch (penalty area) runs across the fairway at about 60 meters, which continues on the right side.

From The Tee With a total length of 407 meters, the longest par 4 on the Göttingen course; it runs slightly to the right as seen from the tee.
From The Fairway A long fade is therefore advantageous on a tight tee shot in order to secure the possibility of attacking the green with the second shot. If you don't play a long tee shot, stay a little more on the left side of the fairway.

From The Tee Lane 14 (par 4), a "dog leg" to the left, starts slightly uphill.
From The Fairway
On The Green At about 200 meters the fairway continues with a slight left turn. If you have a long tee shot, you should place it in the bend of the dog leg to get a good view of the green.

From The Tee Hole 15, a straight par 4, hangs clearly to the left up to about 150 meters before the green.
From The Fairway
On The Green It is therefore advantageous to hit the right half of the fairway with the drive, because otherwise you can get stuck in the left rough and be additionally hindered by three trees on the following shot.

From The Fairway The most difficult par 4 on the course is hole 16. The fairway runs steeply uphill all the way to the green, making it appear very long.

From The Fairway It's about 170 meters from the men's tee (women's 150 meters), but the gradient forces you to think about which club might be the best.
