From The Tee Right out of the box you’ve got a demanding par 4.
From The Fairway From the regular tees, longer hitters may want to play a fairway wood.
On The Green Favor the left side of the fairway off the tee; small pond in front of and a severe drop-off left and rear of green make the muscles tense up early.
From The Tee Turning for home in front of the Goodyear plant, this slightly downhill dogleg left is a good birdie opportunity,
From The Fairway if you avoid the fairway bunkers. The right one is easily located from the tee, but the left bunker is hidden by the contour of the fairway.
On The Green The second shot is fairly tame..unless the hole location is on the left. Then the second shot must be hit perfectly to stop the ball on the table
From The Tee A very reachable par five for longer hitters.
From The Fairway
On The Green Lateral hazards left and right may come into play on first and second shots. View from the championship tee is one of the prettier on the course.
From The Tee A challenging hole to complete your front nine.
From The Fairway The tee shot is out of a narrow chute with a creek right and trees left. The bunker appears to be in the middle of the fairway,
On The Green but is actually on the right as the fairway turns first left and then right around a large lake. The 2nd shot is across water to a green guarded by two bunkers on the left, and water right and rear. Will you go for the pin
From The Tee The hole begins with a blind tee shot, followed by a blind second shot to an elevated green.
From The Fairway Lateral hazards left and right rarely come into play. Longer hitters will want to choose a fairway wood off the tee to avoid being through the fairway.
From The Tee A short 90 degree dogleg left. 50-180 yards. off tee leaves a short,
From The Fairway
On The Green uphill second shot. That is, unless you venture up the steps to the championship tees. Gamblers may try to drive the green over the trees on left. But.....beware of O.B. that runs the length of the hole on left.
From The Fairway This hole is actually a dogleg right around lone fairway bunker,
On The Green although at first glance bunker appears to be in middle of fairway. Longer hitters may challenge bunker, but landing area narrows considerably beyond it. Green guarded by bunkers front and right.
From The Tee A slight dogleg par five which is reachable, but demands an accurate tee shot.
From The Fairway
On The Green The left side drops away quickly off the tee, as does the right side on the second shot. Longer hitters will go for the green in two, but should note the hidden bunker on left front
From The Tee An accurate tee shot is a must on this mid-length downhill par three. A bunker right, and severe slopes left and rear will severely punish wayward shots. Only the foolish challenge a right rear pin placement.
From The Tee Your round at Goodyear finishes with a par five reachable by only the longest of hitters.
From The Fairway Jenny Lane and O.B. await errant tee shots to the right. The second shot is across a creek that dissects the fairway diagonally and runs the length of the hole left. Two fairway and two greenside bunkers guard the last 100 or so yards home. Birdie is a good finish!
