Hole 1
Hole Name
From The Tee A stunning opening hole on an elevated tee box with a drive into the valley, the ball seemingly staying in the air forever. Up over 'the Ridge' with a climb up to the two-tier green.

Hole 2
Hole Name
From The Tee Club selection is very important on this short par 3, with the fickle downland winds and sadistic pin positions. On via the left bank is claimed to be 'local knowledge'. A large bunker to the front of the green is to be avoided, but a tee shot drifting right will ensure that you go down the large drop off and into the woods.

Hole 3
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway Good golf hole slightly uphill with 520 yards of woods, bush and shrub for the slicer to negotiate. Once right, always right on this hole. There are much used bunkers left and right of the fairway and at the entrance to a long two-tier green.
On The Green
Hole 4
Hole Name
From The Tee This is a short par 4 and a tempting shoulder opener where a good contact to left of centre can set up for a par, birdie or better. This is the highest point of the course with views of four counties, the City sky line, Wembley and Heathrow.

Hole 5
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway The good drive must be to the right to run down the sloping fairway into a good position for the second to a basin green. Too short left or right and one can find sand - too much and one can find the Dorking road.
On The Green
Hole 6
Hole Name
From The Tee The hardest hole on the course and known as the 'shot-dropper'. Two mighty blows are needed to reach the green in two. A good tee shot to reach the dog leg is critical on this tough par 4.

Hole 7
Hole Name
From The Tee A long par 3 needs a well struck ball on the line of the ordnance survey monument. This will move left onto an unbunkered green.

Hole 8
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway Stunning views on this hole, the longest on the course, measuring 579 yards from the whites. A good tee shot is middle to left of the fairway with the natural camber bringing it right.
On The Green
Hole 9
Hole Name
From The Tee An uphill par 4 where the sensible shot is keeping it left avoiding the bunkers and out of bounds to the right. The shot in to the green will be with a mid iron, but beware of this fast two tiered green.

Hole 10
Hole Name
From The Tee Back across the road and through the trees leading to the inviting looking 10th hole. This par 4 generally plays longer than it’s yardage due to playing into the prevailing wind and the elevated green.

Hole 11
Hole Name
From The Tee A well protected green with bunkers right and a swale at the front make this par 3 harder than it may initially seem. Clubbing is all important here with the hole being at a high point of the course and into the prevailing wind.

Hole 15
Hole Name
From The Tee Every golfer who has played this course knows the pit and has enjoyed the drive flattering run down-hill having avoided the line of bushes and trees on the right and the bunkers on the left.

Hole 16
Hole Name
From The Tee Uphill short hole with bunkers front and right. The best line in is to the left to take advantage of the banking that persuades the ball down onto the green.

Hole 17
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway An extremely attractive hole driving from the elevated tee down in to the valley. A formidable shot follows to climb up to the postage stamp elevated two-tier green over the centre fairway bunker.

From The Tee Another elevated tee with the ideal line being straight at the Clubhouse to avoid woods on the right and 'out of bounds' on the left
