From The Tee A drive to the right center of the fairway presents the best angle into this opening par 4 and a well-protected green

From The Fairway A ledge mound guards the line of play to the left side.

On The Green Use plenty of club for the approach and be aware that a shallow swale and wetland protect the left front green entrance.

Hole 2

Hole Name Hold Wicked Turn

From The Tee A drive right center allows the best angle into this lengthy Par 4.

From The Fairway Too far left will leave a second shot partially blocked by the hillside. A bunker right will save an errant shot from finding the pond

On The Green From beginning to end, prO-Bably the toughest hole on the course; a Par here is well-earned.

Hole 3

Hole Name Hole Ledge

From The Tee This medium length Par 5 may be reached in two shots.

From The Fairway A drive through the saddle will chase along the sloping fairway. Aim right to leave a level lie for the second shot

On The Green As a three shot hole, aim your drive for the top of the hill. the second shot should be played to the right of the left-sloping fairway. Water left guards the green. A classic run up shot can be played from the right side

Hole 4

Hole Name Governor’s Folly/Johnny’s Folly

From The Tee A devilishly short Par 4.

From The Fairway If you elect to go for the green, be warned that the bunker right may be prferable to the embankments left and rear.

On The Green The approach shot must be placed on the correct side of the small, undulating green. To play for Par, a middle iron tee shot to the left side of the fairway will leave an easy short iron into the green

Hole 5

Hole Name Fox’s Den

From The Tee Dangerous ledge knO-Bs abound on this short but tight Par 4.

From The Fairway A knO-B guards the line of sight along the right side of the fairway. this sentry marks a small grotto hidden in the right rough– easy to enter, hard to exit! A stream awaits poor drives beyond the tree line down the left side

On The Green A daring drive left is needed to open up the second shot. A short iron must land softly beyond a ledge face that guards the right side of this small green

Hole 6

Hole Name Devil’s Delight

From The Tee Test your short game here, a short downhill Par 3.

From The Fairway The green is guarded right by a mound and bunker.

On The Green This gorgeous bowl setting invites a well-placed short iron to a two-tiered green. Take care as the green slopes to the back– almost Redan-style.

Hole 7

Hole Name Easy Bend

From The Tee A smart, safe drive to left center leaves a level lie and an unO-Bstructed, downhill view to the green

From The Fairway A large bunker protects the left side of the green, rewarding those who dare play from the right side of the fairway

On The Green True risk-reward value! Par here is a good score.

Hole 8

Hole Name Carry

From The Tee The longest Par 4 on the course

From The Fairway Place the drive right center for a second shot that is aimed away from the pond guarding the right side of this elevated green

On The Green This hole requires two carries over wetland crossings. A ledge knO-B guards the left side of the fairway. Stay right for flatter lie. The bunker right will collect an errant approach shot from finding the pond.

Hole 9

Hole Name Trouble

From The Tee A beguiling woodland finisher and challenging Par 3

From The Fairway hole that requires anything from a wedge to a long iron or fairway metal to achieve the green

On The Green A ledge knO-B guards the line of sight left. Another wetland crossing and grass bunker protect the front and left side of the green. The bunker rear defines the line of play but should be avoided.
