Hole 1
Hole Name
From The Tee You can see the green ahead between the trees. For the long hitters, the ball must have a Carrie of 221 & 187 meters to get over the bunker on the left side of the fairway – and 211 & 177 meters to get over the lake on the right side.
From The Fairway You have out-of-bounds on the left towards Bakbjergbanen and up towards the road.
On The Green
Hole 2
Hole Name
From The Tee You can watch the entire process from the tee place; but watch out for the lake on the right and the 2 bunkers, where the right bunker is deep and treacherous.
From The Fairway
On The Green The green leans towards the tee and a downhill putt doesn't stop right away.
Hole 3
Hole Name
From The Tee You start with a half-blind shot down a valley and have to watch out for out-of-bounds on the right side towards the driving range.
From The Fairway If you get too far forward on the right side, you risk ending up in a ditch in a sparsely vegetated area. On the inside of the dogleg there is a bunker with approx.
On The Green 80 meters to the hole. If your shot goes far to the left, call FORE as the 2nd hole green is down behind the hill. The green lies almost across the tee with bunkers on both the left and right sides (front and back of the tee).
Hole 4
Hole Name
From The Tee The first par-5 hole and a good opportunity to show off the new driver; but watch out for out-of-bounds on both the left and right sides. You also meet the only fairway bunker after 220 & 150 metres.
From The Fairway You will encounter the next obstacle just before the green – a narrow ditch that runs all the way across in front of the green. There is an approx. 10-metre wide transition on the right-hand side, where you can be lucky that a too-short trick rolls over.
On The Green Green is very short; but wide with out-of-bounds behind and a bunker on the right. Beware of out-of-bounds behind the green, where the neighbor has put up a fence. If the fence is in the way of your swing, only Rule 19 (unplayable ball) can help you. It costs a penalty stroke; but you can move on.
Hole 5
Hole Name
From The Tee Then came the first forest hole. There are out-of-bounds far to the left towards the field; but it is probably the forest on both sides that scares the most.
From The Fairway The fairway slopes to the right, so balls that land here before the bunker tend to run into the woods.
On The Green The best landing area is on the far left by the bunker – a drive of approx. 170/130 meters. The green, which is divided into 2 levels, is protected by a bunker on the right side and the woods are close behind the green.
Hole 6
Hole Name
From The Tee A seemingly innocuous drive which is optimal if launched just over the row of trees on the left; but beware, there are out-of-bounds just a few meters into the forest. A drive of 220/160 meters brings you to a steep hill.
From The Fairway On a dry summer day, the ball can roll all the way down. From the top of the hill, it is 100 meters down to the middle of the bend and from here again approx. 120 meters to the front of the green; but just remember that if you can't carry all the way, you probably have to line up in front of the penalty area, which is approx.
On The Green 35 meters wide. Green is large and in 2 levels. If the flag is down, you should not want to lie on top. Only the hole can stop a downhill putt from here. The very long hitter (carry 195 meters) can go after the green in 2 if the drive is left above the hill.
Hole 7
Hole Name
From The Tee An uphill hole with only 1 tee location. The green is divided into 2 levels, the upper one is not very large and is located in the back left part of the green.
From The Fairway You can only see the bottom of the flag if you just walk up the slope behind the tee spot.
On The Green A wide bunker takes all too short drives. If the drive is less than 40 meters you do not get over the penalty area.
Hole 8
Hole Name
From The Tee Then it goes down again. The last forest hole for the time being with 2 bunkers on the outside of the dogleg to catch runaway balls towards the woods. The daring player starts the drive down over the woods on the left; but how far over.
From The Fairway A carry of between 190 and 210 meters brings the ball over the woods and down to the lower part of the fairway. A drive of 170/115 meters to the center of the turn leaves a 2nd shot of 185 meters to the green; but remember that the ditch from hole 4 also runs here, 20 meters in front of the green.
On The Green The green is protected by 2 deep bunkers, one in front on the left and one on the right side. If you want to drift over the forest, you have to wait for the bell from the team ahead.
Hole 9
Hole Name
From The Tee A drive of 175/135 meters brings the ball up to the left of a flat fairway bunker. A drive too far to the right can either take the ball into the undergrowth or into a deep lake that cannot be seen from the tees.
From The Fairway A provisional ball will be in place here, if you are not sure it is in the lake. If you lie on the fairway by the bunker, you have approx. 110 meters left. Green is well packaged.
On The Green There is a bunker in front, a lake to the left, a penalty area behind and out-of-bounds to the right of the driving range, so accuracy is not only a virtue, it is also a necessity.
