From The Tee The fairway here slopes up and then down towards a raised green flanked by one bunkers.
From The Fairway The burn crosses the fairway at about 300 yards and may catch an over ambitious drive. Gorse bushes line the left of the fairway and heather will be found to the right.
On The Green

From The Tee This is the first par 3 of the course and presents a challenging tee shot.
From The Fairway
On The Green Two pot bunkers at the top right of the hill protect a large double green which will send any leftish shot down onto the lower (6th) green leaving a putt up a big slope.

From The Fairway This is the only par 5 hole on the course, requiring a good drive as the fairway doglegs from right to left.
On The Green Trees guard the corner on the left and also run along the right hand side of the entire fairway. Fairway bunkers left and right can catch out golfers laying up short, and the green which slopes from back to front requires precision putting.

On The Green If you've not played here for a few years the gorse on the right has been removed exposing trees. For the big hitter the green could be on.

From The Fairway fairway bunker down the left. The hole then doglegs to the right and the approach shot will need to avoid the left greenside bunker .
On The Green The green is the lower part of the double green with the 3rd hole.

From The Tee To reach a beautifully flat green requires a very good tee shot.
From The Fairway
On The Green Be careful as a fraction too long and there is a burn just off the back of the green. A bunker guards the front left part of the green.

From The Fairway “Heathery” lives up to its name if your drive is left or right of the fairway.
On The Green Two bunkers just off the right and two bunkers at the front of the green bounded by a dry stone wall on the left, make this a trap for the unwary.

From The Fairway The fairway here slopes uphill all the way to the green with three bunkers that are positioned from the left to center of the fairway.
On The Green The green can be reached with a good tee shot but will need to avoid the strategically place bunkers. The green has a narrow profile from front to back.

On The Green The green lies at the bottom of a hill, and slopes quite steeply, requiring a good putt.

On The Green A favourite of many a visitor because of its undulating nature, the approach is made to a rising green protected by three bunkers.

From The Fairway
On The Green Whilst the hole is only 150 yards long, the green lies more than 100 feet below the tee, protected by two bunkers left and right, and with gorse and heather not far away. Depending on wind conditions, almost any club in your bag might be selected.

From The Tee This hole is a slight dogleg left. Any temptation to cut the corner needs to be tempered by a series of mounds down the left.
From The Fairway A fairway bunker is found right of centre to catch the longer slightly wayward drive,

From The Tee The 18th finishes the round in style. From the elevated tee a good drive is needed over a dry stone wall.
From The Fairway The Fairway bunker on the left can catch longer drives, and out of bounds is well to the right of the fairway.
On The Green The golfer is then faced with the choice of going for the green or laying up short of the burn that runs across the fairway. The green is guarded by bunkers left and right and a pond to catch out any under hit shots.
