Hole 1
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway A testy opener, Number 1 begins the descent into the golf course. A severely sloping fairway steers a well placed tee shot away from the left hand fairway bunker, 245 yards from the tee, and onto a level spot on the short grass.
On The Green
Hole 2
Hole Name
From The Tee Widely regarded as our Signature hole, Number 2 is a classic example of strategic design. Players can attempt to carry the pond on the right, leaving them with a short pitch to an elevated green, which is open in front.

Hole 3
Hole Name
From The Tee Turner's Knoll is an appropriate name for our first one shotter, number three. A large, rolling green requires a mid to high iron to reach, and is protected by bunkers to the right and front left. Beware of going over this green, as its bank drops off severely, making recovery from the bottom of the slope nearly impossible.

Hole 4
Hole Name
From The Tee Another solid par 4 from the "Strategic Design Standpoint". Carry the left hand fairway bunker, and you are left with a short iron second, or play safe to the right where you will face a longer second to the big, two tiered green. Finding the right level is critical to making birdie.

Hole 5
Hole Name
From The Tee One of the more difficult greens to read, a challenge for all levels. Proceed by landing the ball just short of the green and letting is bounce on.

Hole 6
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway Another great par four, Number 6, known as Willowdale, can be very testy indeed. Avoiding the trees right, and the fairway bunker to the left, leaves the player with a downhill shot of around 150 -170 yards. An accurate approach is demanded here as the green is the smallest on the golf course, and slopes away from the player.

Hole 7
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway Number 7, known as Devil's Bend, is a 90 degree dogleg left. Two penal bunkers on the left hand side of the fairway, give the player an idea of where the hole begins to turn. Avoiding them is paramount to scoring well. From the top of the hill, a short to mid iron is all that is needed to reach the severely sloping green.
On The Green
Hole 8
Hole Name
From The Tee Number 8 gives the appearance of being easy but does not play that way and is ranked as the #1 handicap hole for that reason. Bunkers and a stream along the right side off the tee can make your second shot even more difficult to the classic Donald Ross green. A par here is considered and excellent score.

Hole 9
Hole Name
From The Tee Number 9 is known as Black Walnut due to the magnificent specimen which guards the left hand side of the fairway 50 yards from the green. A short but challenging par 5, Black Walnut rises from the tee up to the clubhouse. Players can elect to go for the green in two, but the approach and greenside bunkers must be avoided if birdie is to be made.

Hole 10
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway Number 10 is a marvelous start to the back nine. A strong straightaway par four, the tee shot needs to find the fairway and avoid the menacing fairway bunker on the left. A long iron is then needed to reach the small green. The approach is open in front, allowing for the bump and run to be played into this green.

Hole 11
Hole Name
From The Tee Number 11 is a magnificent short par 3. The green complex is one of the finest on the golf course, a great example of the genius that was Donald Ross. A short iron is all that is needed to reach this green, and the marvelous bunkers need to be avoided.

Hole 12
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway Plateau is a wonderful par four climbing dramatically uphill to a blind green. The left to right slope of the fairway steers the ball towards the menacing fairway bunker, which if found can spell disaster. If the right greenside bunker is found, a step ladder may be needed instead of a sand wedge.
On The Green
Hole 13
Hole Name
From The Tee Number 13 is a terrific par 3 playing straight downhill. The creek behind the green rarely comes into play, but it cannot be ignored. A greenside bunker, and out of bounds left, must be avoided to make par. A relatively flat, but tiny green, gives up a lot of putts for birdie, should you find the surface.

Hole 14
Hole Name
From The Tee A short but difficult par 4 requires a strategically placed tee shot that will give you the best approach angle to an elevated green with unlimited contours. Our 2012 stream renovation makes this hole a beauty to behold from tee to green.

Hole 15
Hole Name

From The Fairway Number 15 is a gentle dogleg right, par 4. Avoiding the trees right and fairway bunker left, leaves you with a short iron to an open, two tiered green. Finding the correct level is essential for birdie.

Hole 16
Hole Name
From The Tee Hole number 16 will appear as an easy hole form the yardage posted on the scorecard but a difficult tee shot, followed by the need for a well placed 2nd shot to avoid the numerous bunkers more than make up for the short distance. Also important to remember is it’s uphill from tee to green.

Hole 17
Hole Name
From The Tee The longest par four on the golf course is both beauty and beast. A good drive here still leaves the player with a wood or long iron into another large green that slopes severely left to right with the surrounding landscape. Another hole that Ross simply created in harmony with the land, again giving you the feeling that it has always been there.

Hole 18
Hole Name
From The Tee The final hole is one that will test your stamina as it gently rises towards the clubhouse. The tee shot is a dogleg left guarded by bunkers on the corner. Once you make the turn you have a beautiful view of the clubhouse and it’s uphill all the way to a green guarded by bunkers in the front on both sides. What a great finishing hole!
