Hole 1
Hole Name
From The Tee A strong par 4 starts your round. With out of bounds stretching the entire right side of the hole,
From The Fairway you may find yourself favoring the left side of the fairway. Too far left, and you can be blocked out by severe mounding, and trees; too far right, and you can find yourself in a fairway bunker placed strategically in the landing area
On The Green . The second shot gets no easier, as you are faced with a wide, but shallow green, guarded by a deep bunker.
Hole 2
Hole Name
From The Tee The longest par 4 on the course greets you on the second tee.
From The Fairway
On The Green A steep hill, and trees run along the left hand side of your landing area, stretching up to the green. Along the right hand side, you will find out of bounds, thick woods, and shrubbery. Those who can work the ball slightly right to left off of the tee will be rewarded. A small valley sits between the landing area, and the green. The left front of the green is protected by a large bunker. Once on
Hole 3
Hole Name
From The Tee The challenging start to your round continues with the longest hole on the course. This par 5 is a true 3 shot par 5 for most players. A large pine tree on the right blocks out any chance of an aggressive second shot. Thickly settled trees down the right side make any shot too far right a struggle to find their ball and get back in play.
From The Fairway Two fairway bunkers that sit approximately 95 yards out, await a layup that travels too far.
On The Green Three deep pot bunkers to the right of the green, and a grass bunker to the left of the green make the risk of going at the green in two too much for most players. Most players should have a wedge or short iron in their hands to attack the small green with their third shot.
Hole 4
Hole Name
From The Tee The fourth hole offers a chance to rip driver. A wide open landing area awaits a solid tee shot.
From The Fairway Trees left and right border a fairway that sits at least 40 yards wide in most spots. From about 120 yards out,
On The Green all the way to the green, players will face a sharp uphill shot to a green that slopes back to front. This hill requires most players to take at least one more club than the yardage may require. This recurring theme needs to be said again, you must stay below the hole. Bunkers left and right, and a sharp drop off behind the green penalize approach shots that don’t end up on the green.
Hole 5
Hole Name
From The Tee Take a breath. This visually impressive par 3 plays at 165 yards from the back tees.
From The Fairway
On The Green The sharp 70 foot drop off allows players to take less club than the yardage would entail. What you see in front of you is what you get. A bunker left, and a bunker right will swallow any short shots. Again, the green slopes from back to front, quite severely. Putts down the hill are almost impossible to stop.
Hole 6
Hole Name
From The Tee This short par 5 offers an elevated tee shot, to a very wide fairway. Two fairway bunkers on the left come in to play in your landing area.
From The Fairway A large mound on the right side of the fairway sits at about 200 yards from the green. If you can find yourself on the plateau, you are in the go zone.
On The Green A pond on the left can trouble any shots that wind up short of the green. An elevated green awaits your approach shot. A deep bunker, and steep run off grabs any shots on the right hand side of the green. There is also a shallow bunker on the left side of the green. A false front will spin balls back into the fairway.
Hole 7
Hole Name
From The Tee This downhill par 3 stretches anywhere from 110-170 yards long.
From The Fairway
On The Green It is very likely to test your bunker play. Six sand traps surround every side of this small green.
Hole 8
Hole Name
From The Tee This short par 4 allows you to hit a wide range of clubs off the tee. .
From The Fairway The water left stretches the entire length of the hole, but it should not come in to play. You have all the room in the world right before you run into trouble with trees. The fairway is up to 65 yards wide in some spots. Most players will find themselves with a short iron in after hitting hybrid, or long iron off the tee.
On The Green Four bunkers guard the front of the green. Over the green you will find yourself in a lateral hazard. Again, you must be below the hole to avoid a downhill putt on this severely sloped green
Hole 9
Hole Name
From The Tee A shot of about 220 yards clears the corner, and allows for a shot of about 150 yards in on this L shaped, dogleg right, par 4 finishing hole.
From The Fairway
On The Green Longer hitters can take the drive up over the trees with a left to right ball flight, cutting off the dogleg, and leaving a flip wedge in to this large green. Be careful of attempting this though, as a slight mishit will leave you stymied amongst the trees. Bunkers in front, and bunkers left await a misplayed second shot.
