From The Tee A long par 5 to start your round means you will need at least two shots before you see the green.
From The Fairway Your tee shot is uphill and your second shot will be a blind hit, which should favour the right as the green is tucked to the left behind a group of trees.
On The Green The approach is sharply downhill and will require a true strike to hold the small, fast green.
From The Tee A beautiful downhill par 3, with a scenic view and yacca bushes for the nature lover. The front of the large green is protected on both sides by bunkers.
From The Tee A challenging downhill dogleg left par 4. O-O-B stretches along the right-hand side that can grab the second shot as well as the drive. Aim just to the left of the large pines and you should have a bit more room.
From The Tee A sharp dogleg left, with sandy waste plus OOB along the right-hand side and a water hazard amongst the trees on the left.
From The Fairway Big hitters will be able to hit over the pine trees and go for the green in two.
On The Green Hitting into the elevated green you will not see the surface, however you will be greeted with two tiers and a fast green from back to front.
From The Fairway A left to right shaped fairway with a water hazard (generally dry) protecting the right side. Be sure your sand play is fine tuned as the narrow green is protected by bunkers on both sides.
From The Tee Take your time awaiting your turn next to one of the course’s dams and enjoy the water life and native corellas amongst the gum trees.
From The Fairway Your tee shot will need to be struck well as the 398m distance is set to test.
On The Green The fairway is straight but uphill with OOB on the right-hand side. Hitting uphill and a two tiered green can add 15m to the hole if the pin is positioned at the back.
From The Tee A beautiful hole that will test your driving accuracy and will test the nerves. OOB on the right, but if you aren’t right enough you will be left with no shot in.
From The Fairway The approach shot will have you looking to avoid the large dam on the right-hand side of the green. Don’t miss too far left as it will make it very hard to hold the green with your chip towards the water.
From The Fairway With a gradual dogleg to the right and large cypress pine trees just off the tee to grab your ball you will enjoy the challenge of hitting the ball onto the narrow fairway.
On The Green A small green means the correct club selection is essential for your approach.
From The Tee Another narrow tee shot is just what the doctor ordered. The large cypress pines that you witnessed on the 8th will come into play if you are too far right with your tee shot.
From The Fairway A slightly elevated approach with a bunker on the right lies in wait. The clubhouse is nearby, if you need refreshments or forgot anything before your tee off.
From The Tee Players are greeted with a gradual dogleg to the left. A good tee shot will leave a mid iron into a small green.
From The Fairway
On The Green There is an out of bounds fence all the way along the left of the hole, and a couple of old gum trees protecting the shot in. Say hello to the family of kangaroos in the sandy gully just past the tees.
From The Tee The shot from an elevated teeing position down to a large green will leave most guessing which club to choose.
From The Fairway While hitting the green is straightforward, getting close to the pin is another matter entirely.
On The Green Bunkers at the front and both sides, and the possibility of three putts often result in many leaving the hole disappointed. Enjoy the expansive views of the Barossa.
From The Fairway This Par 5 gives longer hitters a chance to reach the green in two. The fairway is generous but accuracy is required with your tee shot as an out of bounds fence looms on the left. The shot into the green is challenging with a large bunker front left and a dam on the right of the green.
From The Tee A difficult par 3 with most players requiring a mid to long iron across water off the tee. The two tiered green is protected by bunkers on both sides. A picturesque hole with an abundance of aquatic life.
From The Tee A tee that looks back over the beautiful views of Barossa and the 14th/15th dam, so take a few breaths and admire the surroundings before you prepare for your tee shot.
From The Fairway Not a long hole, but it is protected by a very steep sand dune that runs from tee to green on the left. Miss right and watch out for kangaroos.
On The Green The green’s surface cannot be seen for your approach and the green slopes back to front and left to right.
From The Tee A blind tee shot to a tricky fairway will have you deciding between a driver or iron.
From The Fairway The fairway narrows to several metres across at the 150m marker that first timers to the course will be surprised by once they get to the top of the gradual rise. The views are beautiful and vast once you reach the large gum tree from where you can look over the Barossa Hills and down at some of the holes you played earlier.
On The Green Avoid the greenside bunker on the left, and don’t be long with your approach to the green, as you will be left with a very tricky chip.
From The Tee A difficult dogleg left par 4, with a large green protected by deep bunkers.
From The Fairway
On The Green Your tee shot will have you aiming at the power pole in the far distance. Even if you avoid the left trees and O-O-B, you will have a challenging second shot into the green.
