From The Tee A tricky par 3 hole protected by three deep bunkers and a steep run-off area on the right.
From The Fairway The smart shot from the tee is towards the middle of the green. A long shot is best as bunkers dig into the green.

On The Green The shot to the green is uphill and a run-off area and a deep bunker protect the right side of the green.

From The Tee Aim for the left side of the narrow fairway, which turns and slopes to the right at the top of the hill.
From The Fairway A difficult approach to a long, narrow green makes it important to know the pin placement.
On The Green If you play above or to the left of the green, you are left with a difficult chip, so always aim for the center of the green.

From The Fairway A long par 4 hole with a double fairway, which is often against the wind. The left fairway is the shortest route to the green but requires a strong shot over water and green bunkers to reach a narrow green that stretches far back.
On The Green The right fairway is the best choice for most people. Aim to the right as the fairway slopes to the left. The safe shot to the green is aimed at the large tree to the right of the entrance to the green.

From The Tee A par 3 hole surrounded by bunkers, where a tee shot to the center of the green gives a birdie chance regardless of pin placement.
From The Fairway Avoid the left side of the green, which slopes heavily to the left.
On The Green This is the highest point on the course from which Sweden comes into view on a clear day.

On The Green Beware of a short pin placement behind the right green bunker. Green is big, so iron selection is important.

From The Fairway Again, the choice of iron is important for the narrow, deep green. The approach shot requires precision with a bunker and a run-off area on the left and grass mound on the right.
On The Green If you are pin-high on this green, you have a good chance of a one-putt.

From The Tee A Par 3 “Hawtree” signature hole over water – the course's only hole without bunkers in common with many of the world's top courses.
From The Fairway There is often a headwind, and it is better to hit too far than too short, as the foregreen slopes away from the green.
On The Green Green is wide but not deep and iron selection is crucial. The green is hilly and requires putts that take the conditions into account.

On The Green Aim for the right side of the fairway for the best overview and direction into the green. Play around the three deep fairway bunkers. The approach shot is challenged by a bunker short of the green and one on the right and a mound of grass on the left.

From The Fairway A Par 5 hole that must be played strategically and requires course management. It is best to play short of the three deep fairway bunkers for a straight rent. Some take the chance and hit between the bunkers and get a downhill bearing.
On The Green Beware of playing cards off the lake on the steeply sloping fairway. After the lake, most should be short of fairway bunkers close to the green. The approach shot is challenged by bunkers on the right and left. Do not hit over the green as there is a steep slope behind.

From The Fairway The approach shot is easily too short, because there is longer than it seems from the large fairway bunker to the green.
On The Green Aim for the left side of the green for the easiest chip or uphill putt and to avoid the run-off area and bunker on the right.

From The Fairway The safe option is to short the green on the right, get an uphill chip or putt and avoid the big green bunker.
On The Green Landing on the middle green is optimal regardless of pin placement.

From The Tee A long Par 4 hole which is often played against the wind. Aim left as the landing area from the tee slopes down towards the right fairway bunker.
From The Fairway The approach shot is challenged by two bunkers, a steep slope on the right and a large run-off area on the left.
On The Green The green is deep and there can be a 2-3 iron difference between a pin placement at the front or back of the green, which slopes downwards to the right.

From The Fairway Pay attention to the two grass bunkers on either side of the fairway. Be careful attacking a pin placement on the left as there is a large, steep and intimidating green bunker to the left.
On The Green The green is very hilly and can be difficult to read.

From The Tee A Par 5 hole where the fairway slopes from right to left. Avoid the four deep bunkers parallel to the fairway.
From The Fairway The approach stroke is uphill and longer than you think. The green is protected by bunkers short of the green and to the right with a deep bunker in front of the green and run-off areas to the left.
On The Green Green slopes from back edge to front edge. Play short of the stick and get an uphill putt.

From The Tee An exciting Par 5 hole, which must be played on the right side of the fairway, as everything slopes from right to left.
From The Fairway The tree farthest to the right is the ideal direction for a shot short of the creek that runs across the fairway. The stream meanders through the fairway towards the green and down to the lake and is therefore in play for short shots to the left.
On The Green There is also a green bunker on the left with a steep slope behind.
