Hole 1
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway A long par 5 with an environmental hazard left and a creek right - be conservative and consider playing it as a three shot hole from the start. the layup area is the widest part of the fairway and provides a straight view to the green.
On The Green Well protected by bunkers, the green slopes back to front, so be sure to keep your approach under the hole.
Hole 2
Hole Name
From The Tee A tough driving hole, with a lateral hazard right and bushes left, the 2nd hole is also protected by an undulated green.
From The Fairway Any approach shots that go over the green leave a very tough up and down, being short is the best miss for the second green.
On The Green
Hole 3
Hole Name
From The Tee Beware not to hit through the fairway as the water is reachable from all of the tee boxes.
From The Fairway A long iron or hybrid should leave a short approach to another green severely sloped from back to front.
On The Green A large bunker will collect shots that go long and there is water left and a lateral hazard right.
Hole 4
Hole Name
From The Tee From the tee, the 4th looks like a simple par 3 but in reality it is an island green!
From The Fairway
On The Green All around the perimeter lies more environmental hazards, which cannot be entered or played from. with a prevalent ridge through the center of the green, two putts are no certainty.
Hole 5
Hole Name
From The Tee Rated as the best 5th hole in the Calgary area, this is our signature hole that doglegs to the left.
From The Fairway A hybrid or fairway wood off of the tee hit towards the corner of the fairway will leave a 150 yard approach, while longer hitters may take on the bunker off of the tee leaving less than 100 yards in.
On The Green The second shot towards the island green is made tougher by a fairway that slopes slightly downhill. With helping wind, players have taken the direct route and will drive the green!
Hole 6
Hole Name
From The Tee A tough driving hole with water short right and trees that guard both sides of the fairway.
From The Fairway This is the hardest hole on the golf course from the ladies tees which is why the drive is very crucial.
On The Green A good drive in the fairway will set up a short iron into a small back to front sloped green.
Hole 7
Hole Name
From The Tee With elevated tee boxes, this downhill par 5 can be reached in two with a well struck drive as the fairway is very generous with lots of area to miss left and right.
From The Fairway A drive in the fairway will set up a reachable second shot but beware of the small pond that rests right in front of the green that will gobble up any miss hit shots.
On The Green Stay to the right of the green to avoid the pond and have the best angle into the large green.
Hole 8
Hole Name
From The Tee Accuracy is crucial on this par 3 as there is a lateral hazard surrounding the hole with no room to miss it over the back of the green.
From The Fairway
On The Green The small green is severely sloped, and leaves a very hard up and down from any location. A good miss is short in the fairway that will give you the best chance to save par!
Hole 9
Hole Name
From The Tee With water left and just slightly under 400 yards from the blue tees makes this hole as a risk vs reward par 4.
From The Fairway A small pond lies just past the 150 yard marker and leaves you with the choice to go for it or play it safe. Any layups will leave you a long approach shot and a drive over the green will give you a wedge into the severely back to front sloped green.
On The Green Best beware of the small bunker to the right of the green, as well as a lateral hazard over the green which makes going for that blue pin a risk.
Hole 10
Hole Name
From The Tee This is the hardest par 5 on the golf course, that measures 540 yards from the blues, where the safe play is on the left side of the fairway that will take the long grass and bunkers out of play.
From The Fairway The second shot is guarded by a well placed bunker that will collect any miss hit shots and will leave a hard third into the 10th green.
On The Green Be sure to take a second look when reading this green as it slopes severely to the west.
Hole 11
Hole Name
From The Tee Hole 11 is a straight forward par 4, just make sure you stay out of the pond that skirts the right side of the fairway.
From The Fairway The approach shot cannot be missed long or left due to long grass and a pond that is just left of the green.
On The Green A well hit drive will leave a good chance of a birdie on this hole.
Hole 12
Hole Name
From The Tee A driveable par 4 that is riddled with bunkers, which includes a massive waste bunker along the right side of the fairway.
From The Fairway Far left is O-B, which is why a fairway wood may be a better play than the driver.
On The Green The narrow green is protected by two large bunkers and long grass over the back.
Hole 13
Hole Name
From The Tee A short par 3 with a large pond right and bunker over the back leaves this hole as your chance to get back a stroke.
From The Fairway
On The Green The large green can give up a three putt if you are not careful on your club selection.
Hole 14
Hole Name
From The Tee This 495 yard par 5 is very reachable in two with a well placed drive along the narrow part of the fairway.
From The Fairway A bunker to the left of the fairway collects any drives left and a drive far right will need a search party to find its owner.
On The Green The green is protected by a large bunker and a water hazard that leads to the long, narrow, green that has many undulating slopes.
Hole 15
Hole Name
From The Tee A short par 4 that is very reachable from the tee if you can navigate the two bunkers in front of the green.
From The Fairway Tree's guard both sides of the fairway and the waste bunker will collect any layups that are pushed out to the right.
On The Green
Hole 16
Hole Name
From The Tee After you're finished with the short 15th, you are treated with another short par 4 that only measures 291 yards from the blue tees.
From The Fairway Don't get too greedy on the drive, as the left side has many bunkers that will wreak havoc on your second shot.
On The Green The large green is no guarantee of a two putt with a misplaced approach shot.
Hole 17
Hole Name
From The Tee A challenging par 4 with O-B far left and thick fescue to the right makes this a very tough driving hole.
From The Fairway
On The Green The green is protected by bunkers all over the right side of the green, and any shots missed left flirt with going O-B
Hole 18
Hole Name
From The Tee The finishing hole brings the longest par 3 on the course, measuring over 200 yards from the men's tees and 165 from the ladies.
From The Fairway With water hazards both left and right, it is very important for an accurate approach if you plan to make par.
On The Green The green is protected with bunkers over the back that will make an up and down very difficult in the undulating 18th green.
