Hole 1
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway
On The Green A relatively straight away opener that is not as easy as it seems, with a bunker less ‘biarritz’ style green set into the surrounding undulations ready to challenge anything but the most accurate approach shots played to the correct portion of the green.
Hole 2
Hole Name
From The Tee Playing over the fairway bunker to the left side of the fairway offers the premium line into a green highlighted by a swale on the front left ready to sweep off line shots down and away from the green from where recovery will require a deft touch.

On The Green
Hole 3
Hole Name
From The Tee On this medium length par 3 the green shifted slightly right due to the large trees on the front left.
From The Fairway This green set up changed to create a front right lower pin and several pins on an upper shelf almost creating two separate greens.
On The Green Some bunkers were added to enhance the sandbelt appearance and they also function for play on hole 2. The forward tee shifted right to allow for an open run up approach into the green.
Hole 4
Hole Name
From The Tee The green on this short par four situated around the corner of the wetland and waste area to add some strategy to the hole.
From The Fairway
On The Green The wide fairway short of the bunkers will allow for an easy lay up off the tee but a more demanding second shot since the green shifted right. With a small green and an added roll guarding the front left of the green, the player will have to pay close attention to the pin location.
Hole 5
Hole Name
From The Tee This long par 3 sets up as a classic redan hole which plays right to left and the front of the green feeds toward the back of the green. Typically and as in this case, the left pins are guarded by deep bunkers.
From The Fairway
On The Green A small run off or false front guards the front right of the green but a shot in the front centre will feed all the way down to the back pin.
Hole 6
Hole Name
From The Tee A large waste area was added along the entire length of the hole as a transition between the wetland and the turf.
From The Fairway Sandy waste allows for drainage capture and control of any invasive turf species. The green has a large roll on the back right that is not pinable but provides a back stop for a more forgiving second shot into the green.
On The Green If you over shoot this green back right it will make for a very difficult up and down.
Hole 7
Hole Name
From The Tee The surrounding trees act as the hazard at the first landing area. A large cross bunker was placed short of the second landing area adding to the strategy on the second shot.
From The Fairway
On The Green A large false front extension of the green heavily protects a front pin adding to the options for a player to attack the green on the second shot or lay up. The green sits perched with relatively subtle pin positions on top.
Hole 8
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway
On The Green Challenging the bunker and native area to the left offers the best line into the green over an approach bunker that will make judging the distance challenging. A back bunker on the left and hollow off the front right make the need for an accurate approach paramount to walking away with a par.
Hole 9
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway The decision on how much of the waste area to take on from the tee will depend on the wind conditions of the day, with drives close to the edge of the waste rewarded with a better line for the second shot, which will need to avoid a chain of bunkers guarding the right side of the approach and a further waste on the right.
On The Green Third shots into a small elevated green will be difficult if you have made the incorrect decision with your second.
Hole 10
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway
On The Green A challenging par four where a drive hugging the left side will be rewarded with the best line into a green guarded by a deep bunker on the right. Missing to the left is the best option, as the bunker right and vegetation over the back of the green will make par a challenge.
Hole 11
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway A tee shot to the top of the hill on a right to left sloping fairway will see you looking down into a green that emerges out of the slope on the right side. Shots to the right will feed onto the green, but avoid the bunkers guarding the left side or falling off the back of the green.
On The Green
Hole 12
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway
On The Green A long par 3 with a large green offering a variety of pin positions. Expansive bunkering guards the left side, with plenty of room short and to the right to play a running shot into the green.
Hole 13
Hole Name
From The Tee A short downhill par 4 with heavily bunkered green and approach to create a classic sand-belt style.
From The Fairway The demanding approach shot will place a premium on hitting the fairway to allow players greater control on their approach shot. While the appearance is intimidating, a short iron approach will find a large receptive green with plenty of subtle pin locations.
On The Green
Hole 14
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway The inside left of the fairway was cleared of over grown vegetation and a target bunker placed short left. Carrying directly over this target bunker now places you in the centre of the fairway.
On The Green There is a punch bowl feature added to the green to help set apart the right pin from all others. This pin location will appear more difficult than it plays
Hole 15
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway
On The Green Brand new Par 3 with the green designed to fit perfectly in the natural surroundings. The green changed to a more “hour glass” shape to help separate the front pins from the lower back pins. The front left of the green has opened up more allowing an easier shot from the forward tees.
Hole 16
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway The left side of a generous fairway offers the best view and angle of approach into the green. Cross-bunkers on the right guard the direct line to the green for the second shot.
On The Green
Hole 17
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway New tees have been constructed to offer a challenging carry over natural vegetation to a generous fairway. The fairway bunker works well from either sets of tees as you play into a green that is bunkered short right to protect the right and back pin positions.
On The Green
Hole 18
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway A long and straight drive is essential on the closing hole, rewarding you with a chance to attack the extensively bunkered approach setting up a third shot into a green with distinct levels and guarded by a deep hollow on the front left.
On The Green Over the back is not the place to be, with a difficult up and down left for a closing par from here.
