Hole 1
Hole Name
From The Tee At 384 yards, hole one is the first of 4 par 4s on the outward 9. Upon tee off you will find the fairway slanting slightly left,
From The Fairway a shot played to the right may end up in one the two bunkers lining the fairway. If a slice occurs the bunkers do not catch it, you could find yourself with a blind shot from the edge of the woods. Once on the fairway you will find yourself hitting an upward iron shot onto the green for a birdie putt.
On The Green The green is protected by 3 bunkers, two short and forward and one long and back. Hole one is home to one of the more narrow greens on the course, precision shots on to the putting surface are key for a successful par
Hole 2
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway Tee shots are not forgiving with a sand trap lining the left side of the fairway and grass bunkers along the right. The downward slope of the fairway,
On The Green especially on approach, allows for the potential to chip and roll your ball on to the green when pin placement is close to the front. The green is protected by 3 bunkers, essentially surrounding it on three sides.
Hole 3
Hole Name
From The Tee Hole number 3 is a 514 yard par 5. Don’t be fooled by the low yardage,
From The Fairway this hole is our number one handicap. You’ll want to avoid driver off of the tee due to the fact that there is a 210 yard carry to the edge of the hazard. More experienced players can make an effort to aim at the blind area at the bottom of the gap which is an additional 50 yards. From the top of the fairway you can now use a wood or high iron to shoot the 140 yard gap on to the fairway across the
On The Green Once on the other side, you will have to take your shot at a plateaued green that rolls back to front and is protected by 2 deep bunkers.
Hole 4
Hole Name
From The Tee Hole number 4 is the first par 3 of the outward nine, which runs 149 yards.
From The Fairway
On The Green 3 bunkers surround the green. 2 mid on each side and 1 long in the back. Be sure to hit the green or you may find yourself in trouble, but this hole is host to one of the most forgiving greens on the entire course. Take advantage of this birdie opportunity because you may need to reclaim some strokes for the end of your round.
Hole 5
Hole Name
From The Tee Hole 5 is the shortest par 4 of the outward 9 at 311 yards.
From The Fairway Keep your tee shot to the right as the fairway leads up and to the right. A water hazard as well as a sand trap line the left side of the fairway.
On The Green Your approach shot will be a short chip up onto an unforgiving green that slopes aggressively from back to front.
Hole 6
Hole Name
From The Tee
From The Fairway Hole 6 is the fourth par 4 of the outward 9 you’ll be hitting over water hazard onto the fairway.
On The Green Power drivers must be careful to avoid a rightward fairway bunker as well as a leftward water hazard. The fairway thins into an elevated green, that if missed you find yourself chipping out of one of two sand traps or hitting blindingly back up on to it from the rough.
Hole 7
Hole Name
From The Tee Hole 7 is once again proof of a short yardage course that plays mountainously long. This 492 yard par 5 will test your precision and accuracy. Once again teeing off over a water hazard, only this time blindly, onto a fairly steep downhill fairway. Be careful to avoid a leftward sand trap at about 220 yards. Once established on the fairway, one has one of two choices. Use a low iron to chip onto a

Hole 8
Hole Name
From The Tee The final par 3 on the outward 9 runs at 150 yards.
From The Fairway This intriguing par 3 shares a putting surface that you will revisit on hole number 17.
On The Green Be sure to aim at the leftward pin when teeing off, but be careful too little power and you will find yourself in a grass bunker. Too much and you will find yourself in a bunker on the opposite of the green coming back up the slope.
Hole 9
Hole Name
From The Tee Finishing off the outward 9 is a 380 yard par 4.
From The Fairway A ravine separates you from the fairway, the gap may seem intimidating but can easily be accomplished 170 yards. Avoid the right side of the fairway on your tee shot as it is lined with a long fairway bunker.
On The Green Once established on the fairway, it’ll be an uphill battle to get to the green. Upon approach lies the course’s deepest grass bunker. The green is very unforgiving and two tiered complimented with an additional grass bunker to the back and a sand bunker on the right front.
Hole 10
Hole Name
From The Tee The first hole of the inward 9 starts out with a difficult 483 yard par 5.
From The Fairway Much like hole 3, you will want to avoid driver off of the tee. It is a 185 yard carry to the edge of the hazard. When hitting your approach shot to the hazard, be careful of the bunker to the left end of the fairway.
On The Green If all goes well upon tee off you will be hitting off the edge of a ravine to reach the fairway. This’ll be about 115 yard carry to land safely on the other side. The fairway is bordered by two more sand traps on along the left side of the fairway, followed by a bunker located long and back of the green. Once established past the hazard you will be hitting an upward shot onto the green.
Hole 11
Hole Name
From The Tee Hole 11 is a dog leg left par 4 at 329 yards.
From The Fairway From the tee box there is an 160 yard carry over a small hazard. Make sure to angle your tee shot to the left because you can end up on the side of a hill with a difficult shot onto the green or in the only fairway bunker.
On The Green The fairway aggressively thins on its approach to the hole and you are left with limited options, hit the green from a distance or end up in some thick rough. Once you are established on the green, this is one of the more forgiving putting surfaces on the inward 9.
Hole 12
Hole Name
From The Tee Hole 12 is a 322 yard par 4 that is sure to test your abilities.
From The Fairway Upon tee off, astray shots can land themselves in a rightward water hazard. Power drivers must be careful to avoid the 4 bunkers to the left of the green, which can make getting upward onto the green very difficult upon your second shot. Those who avoid the leftward bunkers and land on the fairway will need to be careful to avoid the 2 steepest bunkers on the course to the right of the green.
On The Green The green rolls back to front and if your shot is misplaced, you can easily find a second putt that is longer than the first.
Hole 13
Hole Name
From The Tee On hole 13 you will find a 331 yard par 4. Due to the downward
From The Fairway slope of the fairway, one must be careful in deciding club choice off of the tee. Power drivers, unless confidence in their accuracy,
On The Green should hit high irons. Drives that do go astray, have a high prO-Bability of landing in one of two bunkers along the green, one front left that nearly matches the size of the green.
Hole 14
Hole Name
From The Tee Hole 14 is the signature hole at Woodloch Springs. The first challenge is presented at tee off.
From The Fairway Golfers have the option to “Drive the Gorge” or Hells Gate Gorge as we call it. This is a 225 yard carry over onto the fairway on the other side…if you make it.
On The Green If you choose not to drive the gorge, you will have a somewhat blind shot, onto one of the thinnest fairways on the course. After making your way down the fairway by your second shot, you have yet another O-Bstacle to maneuver. A sharp dog leg left to the green, over yet another gap of heavy brush. There is not much room for error, as the green is isolated. You have three options, rough, sand trap
Hole 15
Hole Name
From The Tee Wanted a break after that long par 5? Well unfortunately hole 15 is our most unforgiving par 3 on the course.
From The Fairway
On The Green Once again the green is isolated with a bunker lining the back of the green to catch long shots. There is a 145 yard carry to the green and with limited sight of any rough that can come to your relief with a wayward tee shot. The green has a gradual pitch and that can make for some difficult pin placement locations.
Hole 16
Hole Name
From The Tee The second longest par 4 on the inward 9 at 448 yards will test both your driving ability and iron accuracy.
From The Fairway After a 220 yard carry to the middle of the fairway. You will find yourself with only one option.
On The Green A semi blind iron shot up onto a difficult green. We suggest checking varying pin placement flag colors before you commit to a shot. Shots that are too aggressive will find themselves in a bunker that lines the back of the green. Find yourself above the hole on your first putt and you may have a more difficult second putt at the bottom of the green.
Hole 17
Hole Name
From The Tee The final and shortest par 3 of the entire course at 137 yards, still presents a challenge.
From The Fairway
On The Green The green has three bunkers essentially surrounding it, and also shares a putting surface with the 8th Find yourself off target and it will be a difficult chip from a sand trap onto the green. You could even find yourself with a significantly long birdie putt from the conjoining 8th green.
Hole 18
Hole Name
From The Tee The final hole of the inward 9 is a 413 yard par 4.
From The Fairway You will drive over yet another ravine to find yourself sitting on the fairway.
On The Green This is a 165 yard carry to the other side. The fairway curves slightly to the left and your second shot has the opportunity to hit the green for a birdie putt but three bunkers may hinder your opportunity to do so. This green is one of the most difficult that the course has to offer, as it is two tiered and has an extreme pitch from back to front. Miss a putt downhill and you are almost guarantee
